What are the Check-In and Check-Out hours?
Rooms are available from 14:00/2.00pm of the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00/11.00am on the day of departure.
Can I cancel my reservation? Are there any penalties?
It is useful to check the pricing at the time of your booking. In general, no penalty will be charged for cancellations made within 18.00/ 6.00pm (local time)of the day before the date of arrival. The only exception counts for customers who have benefited from discounted rates which are "non-refundable" in this case changes or cancellations of your reservation are not allowed.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email or fax in order to avoid a fine which is equal to the cost of the first night's stay.
If I need to leave the hotel earlier than stated in my reservation, Do I pay a penalty?
Please discuss with the check-in desk any need to leave the hotel before what’s indicated in your booking, you will avoid paying a penalty that is equal to the price of the first night's stay. In case the service has been purchased with "Not-Refundable" fare, you’ll have to pay the full amount.
Is breakfast included in the price?
The price includes breakfast buffet for the guests.

How much is the tourist tax?
For those staying in a 3 star hotels the fee is 4.00 Euro per person per night.
Are there any exemptions?
- Disabled people and their assistants
- Children under 18 years of age
- Family members or similar / assistant s of people hospitalized in health facilities in the Province of Milan (exemption is valid for the entire period of hospitalization)
- Members of Police , Carabinieri, Marines, Air Force, Navy
and other Police / Armed Forces, in town on duty
- Residents in the city of Milan
- Students over 26 years, enrolled at University / University of Milan
- Volunteers of the Civil protection or other voluntary associations, on duty in Milan for natural disasters and major events specifically indicated by the administration
Is it possible to have a discount on the tourist tax?
There is a 50% discount on the total amount of Tax for visitors who stay in Milan in the period between the 15th of December and the 10th of January, and during the months of August.
What is the tourist tax?
Milan, like many other cities in Italy and in the rest of World, introduced the tourist tax for tourists and visitors in September 2012.
The cost varies from 1 to 5 € per night, depending on the type of hotel.

ls the hotel located in a C area?
Yes, the hotel is located in the so called "Cerchia dei bastoni," where there are traffic restrictions ZTL(Limited Traffic Zone), which presupposes the payment of the Ecopass, that costs 5€/entrance, and that has to be activated within the next day of effective entrance in the area.
